All personal information is for our own use, solely to help us provide superior customer service. Bagshop.com does not sell or release any customer information to any other party.


Order Policy
The confirmation of an order by email or any other form does not necessarily constitute Bagshop.com's acceptance of the order. We have the right to refuse shipment without any prior notification. Bagshop.com will cancel any order that is suspected of being fraudulent or that appears to be for resale purposes. We make every effort to keep all items in stock but sometimes we may sell out of certain products. You will be notified by phone or email if we are out of stock of an item you have ordered.

All prices listed are in U.S. dollars and are charged to your preferred method of payment in U.S. dollars.


Canceling or Changing an Order
You may cancel or change your order by contacting us at info @ bagshop.com or calling us at 800-913-3911. Please provide us with the order number when you contact us. If your order has already been shipped we cannot cancel it or make any changes. Simply return it in accordance with our Return Policy. Back orders may also be cancelled at any time prior to shipping.


Payment
Bagshop.com accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Paypal. We also accept money orders, but no personal checks. Please submit the correct billing address for your purchase. An incorrect billing address will result in refusal of shipment. Your credit card will only be charged on the day of shipment.


Sales Tax
We do not collect sales and use tax in most states. We must collect sales tax from residents of New York and Connecticut, as we have boutiques in these states.


Shipping Policy
Bagshop.com ships via UPS and USPS. Actual shipping charges may be adjusted due to weight and dimension of some items shipped. We will email you in such a case. Shipping and deliveries are made in accordance with the standard rules and regulations of these respective shippers. You can choose "one day," "two day" or "ground" for all continental United States addresses. In addition, you may choose either of our two carriers by noting such in the "Comments" section of the Order Form. Arrival time for standard ground shipments is dependent on the distance of the package destination.

We Ship Worldwide. International shipping charges by our carriers are by weight. Should the weight of your shipment cause the charges to be in excess of the standard rate, we will contact you by email for your permission to ship. If the Free Shipping option is chosen on international orders, international shipping rates will be added. Bagshop.com will not be held responsible for cross border tariffs/duties imposed on international orders.

Bagshop.com does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or national U.S. holidays. Bagshop.com ships throughout the United States, Canada, the European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Scandinavia, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand and certain other countries. A few shipping cost examples; Canada is $15, except for large or heavy packages, Europe is $68 also except for large and heavy, Asia and Australia, and New Zealand is $78, except for large and heavy packages. Bagshop.com does not deliver to post office boxes except in the case of shipments to military bases.


Easy Return Policy
  • Returns are very easy! If you want to return your purchase simply send it back to the address on your receipt. Return authorization not required.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is being returned due to our error).

  • We deduct all original shipping costs incurred by bagshop.com on any returned merchandise.

  • Customer refunds will be applied to their payment method at purchase.

  • Orders that are shipped with free shipping will have the actual shipping charges incurred to bagshop deducted from their refund, in the case of expedited and international shipping, shipping costs may exceed the amount charged to the customer, in these cases we deduct the true and actual amount billed to us from UPS and USPS from total refunds.

  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 20 days of the date of original shipment.

  • Merchandise must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached.

  • Returns must be received in the original package, undamaged.

  • All sale items of 50% or more are final and may not be returned.

  • We take a small deposit if the bra size is above 38DD or there are more than 3 items ordered.

  • We will only refund up to 3 items on any orders with quantities of 3 or more of the SAME item. The remainder of the order will be treated as store credit only.

  • Products costing over $1,000 must be returned within 5 days with the original tags on the merchandise.

  • All handbags over $2,000 are considered a special order and are not returnable (we do guarantee to repair or replace any defects).

  • Bagshop.com will not be held responsible for cross border tariffs/duties imposed on international orders.

  • Bagshop.com retails products from designers that create high quality goods. Please let us know if you discover any defects. Within 30 days of purchase we will be glad to work with you to get a repair, obtain a replacement or arrange an acceptable solution.


Incorrect Price
If for any reason the price of an item on the website is listed incorrectly, Bagshop.com has the right to refuse the order. We will contact you with the correct price, and if you approve, the adjustments to reflect the correct price will be either charged or refunded to your means of payment.
