Bagshop.com is the online store of Petticoat Lane, a family owned boutique at 66 King Street in Chappaqua, New York. One shop, one address, the same family for over thirty years.
Why two names?
The shop has been Petticoat Lane since it opened. Bagshop.com came later, when we started selling online, because handbags were the first thing we put on the site. They are the same business, the same family and the same address. Order here and your parcel is packed at 66 King Street.
Who answers the phone
Somebody standing on the shop floor. Calls to 1-800-913-3911 and emails to support@bagshop.com reach our own sales staff in Chappaqua, not a call center and not an outsourced service. If you want to ask about fit, color, or whether something works with what you already own, that is a conversation worth having before you order rather than after.
How long we have been here

What we do that a website cannot
Bra and swimwear fitting, in person, at no charge and with no appointment needed. We fit across every bra brand we carry, including the strapless, minimizer, front closure and full figure styles that are hardest to buy by size alone. We do not offer alterations.
And simply seeing a bag before you buy it. The difference between a Le Pliage medium and a large is obvious in your hand and nearly impossible to judge from a photograph.
