Order Policy
The confirmation of an order by email or any other form does not necessarily constitute Bagshop.com's acceptance of the order. We have the right to refuse shipment without any prior notification. Bagshop.com will cancel any order that is suspected of being fraudulent or that appears to be for resale purposes. We make every effort to keep all items in stock but sometimes we may sell out of certain products. You will be notified by phone or email if we are out of stock of an item you have ordered.

All prices listed are in U.S. dollars and are charged to your preferred method of payment in U.S. dollars.

Canceling or Changing an Order
You may cancel or change your order by contacting us at info @ bagshop.com or calling us at 800-913-3911. Please provide us with the order number when you contact us. If your order has already been shipped we cannot cancel it or make any changes. Simply return it in accordance with our Return Policy. Back orders may also be cancelled at any time prior to shipping.

Bagshop.com accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Paypal. We also accept money orders, but no personal checks. Please submit the correct billing address for your purchase. An incorrect billing address will result in refusal of shipment. Your credit card will only be charged on the day of shipment.

Sales Tax

We do not collect sales and use tax in most states. We must collect sales tax from residents of New York and Connecticut, as we have boutiques in these states.
