It fastens with a barrel clasp at the center front, so you are not reaching behind your back, and the straps convert to a T-back racerback. The plunge is low, which keeps it out of sight under a scoop or V neckline. Between the front closure and the racerback it is one of the easier bras to get on and off, which matters more than it sounds if shoulder movement is limited.
